Delete Your Data

Last updated: June 8, 2026

Ario Apps builds privacy-first tools that keep your data on your device wherever possible. You can delete everything, at any time. This page explains how — for each app — and how to request deletion of any optional encrypted cloud backup. Our apps don’t require an account or login.

Who we are

“Ario Apps” is the product family name under which the apps below are developed and published. So that you can match this page to the store listing you downloaded from, these are the publishing accounts we use:

  • On Google Play, the apps — including Stellara — are published by the developer account Cricketexchange.live.
  • On the Apple App Store, they are published by Autosphere Tech Private Limited.

This page applies to every app listed below under either publishing account. You can reach us about any of them at support@arioapps.com.

Delete in the app (fastest and complete)

  • Noor (period & ovulation tracker): open Settings → Delete all data. This permanently erases your cycle history, logs, symptoms, predictions, and settings from the device, and clears any encrypted cloud backup tied to your anonymous account.
  • Scan+, Fax, Second Number, CleanSpace, Sign+, Beam, CodeGlass: delete items in-app, or use the reset / delete-data option in the app’s Settings.
  • Plant AI (formerly PlantLens) (AI plant identifier): your saved plants, photos, and scan history live on your device — remove individual plants in-app, or use Profile → Delete all data to erase everything. The plant photos you submitted for identification are processed transiently and are not retained as a readable, user-linked library on our servers; generated species illustrations are keyed to the species, not to you. Uninstalling also removes all on-device data.
  • Stellara (astrology & birth chart): your birth details and your journal never leave your device — the chart is computed on the phone itself. Open Me → Privacy and tap Delete everything to erase your birth profile, your journal entries, and your settings, and return the app to its first launch. The same screen offers Export, which writes a readable copy of your profile and journal so you can keep it before you delete. Questions you ask Lumo (the AI astrologer) are sent to our server and on to a third-party AI provider to be answered — only ever after you agree, and only to answer that question; they are not retained as a readable, user-linked library. Uninstalling also removes all on-device data.

Uninstalling an app also removes all of its on-device data.

Delete your encrypted backup / anonymous account

If you turned on optional backup or sync, a random, anonymous identifier is created for your data. The backup is end-to-end encrypted — we cannot read its contents. To erase it from our servers:

  • Use Delete all data in the app (recommended) — it wipes the encrypted backup as part of the reset, or
  • Email support@arioapps.com with the subject “Delete my data.” If you have it, include the account ID shown in the app (Settings) so we can locate the encrypted blob. We permanently delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

  • All health and cycle data, logs, symptoms, predictions, documents, messages, and app settings tied to your data or anonymous account.
  • The end-to-end-encrypted backup blob stored on our servers, if any.

What we may retain

  • Records we’re required to keep to comply with law, prevent fraud/abuse, and document subscription or purchase history. Purchases are processed by Apple and Google and are governed by their policies. These records contain no health or cycle content.
  • Aggregate, non-identifying counts that cannot be tied back to you.

A note on health data

For Noor, your cycle is computed on your device. Data read from Apple Health or Health Connect stays on your device and is never sold or used for advertising. Deleting your in-app data does not remove entries you saved into Apple Health or Health Connect — remove those in the Health / Health Connect app directly.
