Frequently asked questions

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current period.

Do I need an account to use the apps?

No. Our apps work without any account or login — your content stays on your device. Some features (like syncing, faxing, or a second number) connect to our secure backend to function.

Where are my documents stored?

Scans and documents are stored on your device by default. They only leave your device if you choose to export, share, sync, or send them.

How do I request data deletion?

Delete content in-app or uninstall to remove on-device data. To request deletion of any data held by our backend, email us and we'll take care of it.
