These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile applications and website provided by Ario Apps (“we”, “us”), including Noor, Scan+, Fax, and Second Number(the “Apps”). By downloading or using an App, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for your own lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and the applicable app-store terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Apps for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not send unsolicited or illegal content (including via Fax or Second Number), infringe others’ rights, or harass anyone.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the Apps or our infrastructure.

Subscriptions & purchases

Some features require a paid subscription or in-app purchase, billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Free trials, if offered, convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. Manage or cancel in your account settings. Prices and offers may vary by region and may change with notice.

Your content

You retain all rights to the documents and content you create. You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the right to send, fax, or share it.

Health information (Noor)

Nooris a period & ovulation tracker for general wellness, planning, and education. It provides predictions and estimates — not medical advice — and it is not a medical device, a contraceptive, or a substitute for professional care. Predictions are estimates and may be inaccurate; do not rely on Noor to prevent or achieve pregnancy or to diagnose any condition. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions, and seek care promptly for any concern.

Disclaimers

The Apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, the accuracy of any prediction, or delivery of any specific fax, call, or message.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ario Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Apps.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
