Privacy Policy
Last updated · July 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Ario Apps(“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with our mobile applications, including Noor(period & ovulation tracker), Scan+ (PDF document scanner), Fax(send & receive faxes), Second Number (a private second phone line), CleanSpace (on-device storage & photo cleanup), Sign+(PDF & form signing), Beam (universal TV remote), CodeGlass(QR & barcode scanner), Plant AI (formerly PlantLens) (AI plant identifier & care assistant), and CoinLens (AI coin identifier & collection valuation), Hairstyle AI (AI hairstyle & hair-color try-on), Pace (budget & expense tracker), Plate AI(AI calorie & nutrition tracker), and Stellara(astrology, birth charts & horoscopes) (collectively, the “Apps”), and the website at arioapps.com. We build privacy-first tools and collect as little data as possible.
Who we are
“Ario Apps” is the product family name under which the Apps listed above are developed and published. So that you can match this policy to the store listing you downloaded from, these are the publishing accounts we use:
- On Google Play, the Apps are published by the developer Cricket Exchange Live (account handle Cricketexchange.live), operated by Autosphere Tech Private Limited.
- On the Apple App Store, the Apps are published by Autosphere Tech Private Limited.
This policy applies to every App listed above under either publishing account. You can reach us about any of them at support@arioapps.com.
Summary
- We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for cross-app or cross-site advertising tracking.
- Your scanned documents, coin photos, faxes, and messages are processed primarily on your device. (Plant AI, Hairstyle AI and Stellara are exceptions: the plant photos or selfies you submit, and the question you ask Stellara’s AI astrologer together with the chart facts needed to answer it, are sent to our service and to trusted third-party AI providers — see below.)
- No account or login is required to use the core features of our Apps.
Information we collect
- Content you create. Documents, scans, images, faxes, and related metadata you produce in an App. This stays on your device unless you choose to back it up, sync, export, or send it (for example, sending a fax or saving to cloud).
- An anonymous device/install identifier. A randomly generated ID used to operate the App, deliver entitlements, prevent abuse, and measure basic, aggregate usage. It is not linked to your real-world identity.
- Purchase & subscription data. When you buy a subscription or in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple or Google. We receive purchase/transaction identifiers needed to validate and restore your purchase. We never receive your full payment card details.
- Diagnostics & basic analytics. Aggregate, non-identifying information (such as that the App was opened or a feature was used) to keep the Apps reliable and improve them.
- Support correspondence. If you email us, we receive your message and contact details to respond.
Some Apps require specific permissions to function — for example, the camera (to scan or capture documents) and access to files or photos you choose to import. These are used only to provide the feature you requested.
How we use information
- To provide and operate the Apps’ features (scanning, OCR, e-sign, faxing, calls/texts, TV remote control, QR/barcode scanning, storage cleanup, plant identification, coin identification & value estimates, astrology charts, horoscopes & grounded answers about your chart, exports).
- To process, validate, and restore purchases and subscriptions.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and ensure reliability.
- To understand aggregate usage and improve our products.
- To respond to your support requests.
Health & cycle data (Noor)
Nooris a period & ovulation tracker. The information you log — periods, symptoms, moods, temperature — and the predictions Noor derives from them are especially sensitive, and we treat them that way:
- Your cycle is computed on your device. Predictions are generated locally; we don’t need to send your cycle data to a server to make them.
- If you enable optional backup or sync, your data is end-to-end encrypted on your device before it leaves it. Our servers store only opaque ciphertext that we cannot read.
- With your permission, Noor can read wrist temperature and heart rate from Apple Health or Health Connect to improve ovulation accuracy, and can write the flow you log back to them. That data stays on your device.
- We do not sell your health data, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers — ever. We do not use it to determine employment, insurance, or credit eligibility.
- Because your cycle data is end-to-end encrypted and on-device, we hold no readable database of it to disclose. We require valid legal process for any request and construe it as narrowly as the law allows.
- You can erase everything at any time — see Delete Your Data.
Plant photos & AI identification (Plant AI)
Plant AI identifies plants and assesses their health from photos you take or import. To do this, the image you submit is sent to our backend and to trusted third-party AI providers that perform the identification and generate care guidance; the results are returned to the App. We use these images only to provide the identification and care features you requested and to keep the service reliable. We do not sell your photos, use them for advertising, or use them to identify you as a person. Please avoid including people, faces, or sensitive documents in the photos you submit. Generated species illustrations are keyed to the plant species, not to you, and are reused across users.
Coin photos, identification & value estimates (CoinLens)
CoinLens identifies coins and estimates their collectible value from photos you capture or import. In the current version, coin identification and valuation run on your device, and your collection, notes, and scan history are stored locally on your device. If you enable cloud identification, the coin photo you submit is sent to our secure service solely to identify the coin and return a result; we do not sell your photos, use them for advertising, or use them to identify you as a person, and you should avoid including people, faces, or sensitive documents in frame. All values shown are non-binding estimates for education — not a certified appraisal, and not an offer to buy or sell.
Photos & AI hairstyle generation (Hairstyle AI)
Hairstyle AI generates hairstyle and hair-color previews from a photo or selfie you capture or import. To create your preview, the image you submit is sent to our backend and on to a trusted third-party AI image provider that generates the result, which is returned to the App. Basic face-landmark detection used to place hairstyles runs on your device; no facial-recognition template or biometric identifier is created, stored, or used to identify you. We use your photo only to generate the hairstyle preview you requested. We do not sell your photos, use them for advertising, use them to train models, or use them to identify you as a person. Your photo is processed transiently to fulfill your request and is not retained as an image file on our servers; the third-party provider processes it on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for its own purposes. Before your first upload, the App asks for your consent and explains this processing. You can delete your data at any time — see Delete Your Data.
Birth details, your chart & the AI astrologer (Stellara)
Stellara is an astrology app. To draw your chart it asks for your name, birth date, birth time, and birthplace (including its coordinates). Those birth details are stored on your device, and your chart and transits are calculated on your device with an ephemeris bundled inside the App. There is no account and no login, we do not upload your birth details to build a profile of you, and anything you write in the journal stays on your device.
“Ask your chart” works differently, and we want to be exact about it.When you ask Stellara’s AI astrologer (“Lumo”) a question, the App first tries an on-device AI model where your device offers one. Otherwise — and this is the path most people will take — your typed question and the chart facts needed to answer it are sent to our backend and on to a trusted third-party AI service (gpt.ge), which phrases the answer that is returned to the App. Those chart facts are derived from your birth details — placements, aspects, dignities, houses, transits and the like — so, while they are not your raw birth record, they do describe your chart. Your profile name is deliberately not sent, and no account identifier is attached to the question.
We use your question and those chart facts only to phrase the answer you asked for. We do not use them to identify you, for advertising, for tracking, or to build a profile about you, and we do not sell them. They are processed transiently to fulfil your request: our backend does not keep your question or your chart facts in a database once the answer has been returned, and the third-party AI service processes them on our behalf and is not permitted to use them for its own purposes. Please do not type sensitive personal information (for example health, financial, or identifying details) into a question for Lumo. Stellara also fetches daily horoscope text from our backend; that text is written for a zodiac sign, not personally for you.
Astrology content in Stellara is offered for reflection and entertainment — it is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Because your birth details and journal live on your device, deleting the profile in the App or uninstalling the App removes them. Stellara also gives you two direct controls under Me → Privacy: Export, which writes a readable copy of your birth profile and journal entries so you can keep them, and Delete everything, which erases both — along with your settings — and returns the App to its first launch. The Android version of Stellara is entirely free: it contains no subscription and no in-app purchases, so no purchase or transaction data is collected from it at all. To request deletion of anything held by our backend, see Delete Your Data or email support@arioapps.com.
Service providers we use
We share limited information only with providers that help us operate the Apps:
- Apple App Store and Google Play — app distribution and purchase processing.
- Hosting/infrastructure — our backend is hosted on secure cloud servers (Amazon Web Services, EU/Ireland) to deliver entitlements, optional sync, and (for Fax / Second Number) telephony connectivity.
- Telephony providers — for the Fax and Second Number apps, regulated carriers/providers are used to transmit faxes, calls, and messages you initiate.
- AI providers — for Plant AI and Hairstyle AI, trusted third-party AI services process the photos or selfies you submit to identify plant species and generate care guidance, or to generate hairstyle/hair-color previews. For Stellara, a trusted third-party AI service (gpt.ge) receives the question you ask Lumo plus the chart facts needed to answer it, and phrases the answer. They process this content on our behalf, are not permitted to use it for their own advertising or model training, and do not receive your identity.
These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own advertising.
Data retention
On-device content remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Information processed by our backend (such as anonymous identifiers and purchase records) is retained only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
Your choices & rights
- You can delete documents and content in the App at any time, and uninstall the App to remove on-device data. See Delete Your Data for full instructions, including erasing any encrypted backup.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
- Depending on your region (e.g., EEA/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to request that we do not “sell” or “share” it (we do not). To exercise these rights, contact us below.
Children
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International transfers
We may process and store information on servers located outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the App.
