Compatibility boundary
Vestel produces many white-label televisions with different firmware. The Virtual Remote setting and compatible SmartCenter endpoint must be present.
If setup does not complete
Open Connection Doctor for the selected route. Beam checks the local-network path, permission or hardware gate, pairing state, and saved endpoint, then gives a specific next step. A discovered name or open port is never treated as proof that commands work.
