Wowdoku — Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
This policy is about Wowdoku, a puppy-themed logic puzzle game (Android package com.trine.wowdoku, iOS bundle com.trine.wowdoku). Wowdoku is one of the Ario Apps. Unlike most of our other apps, Wowdoku shows ads, so its policy differs from the Ario Apps policy in the way it handles advertising. This page is the policy that applies to Wowdoku.
Who we are
- On Google Play, Wowdoku is published by the developer Cricket Exchange Live.
- On the Apple App Store, Wowdoku is published by Autosphere Tech Private Limited.
Contact: support@arioapps.com.
Summary
- No account or sign-in is needed. Your puzzle progress and settings stay on your device.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- Wowdoku is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. Ads are personalised only if you agree where the law or the platform asks us to ask (consent form in the EEA/UK, and Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt on iPhone). If you decline, you still get ads, but they are not personalised.
What we collect
- App activity. App opens and sessions; levels started, completed or failed, with the level number, board size, time taken and hints used; screens viewed; features used; ads viewed and rewarded ads completed; and purchase events, only if purchases are offered.
- Device and app information. Device model, operating system version, app version, language and time zone.
- A random installation identifier created by the app. It is not your name, email or phone number.
- Advertising identifiers (the Android advertising ID or Apple’s IDFA), used by Google Mobile Ads where permitted. On iPhone the IDFA is used only if you allow tracking through App Tracking Transparency.
- Approximate location. Country or region, derived on our server from your IP address. The app does not use GPS.
- Diagnostics such as crash and performance information.
- Support emails you send us, with the contact details in them.
Why we use it
- To run and improve the game, for example tuning difficulty and levels and fixing stability problems.
- To show ads and measure them.
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
- To answer your support requests.
Who receives data
- Ario Apps’ own analytics servers (arioapps.com) receive app activity over HTTPS. Our own analytics are never used for advertising.
- Google (Google Mobile Ads / AdMob and the User Messaging Platform) for ads, measurement and fraud prevention, subject to your consent. See how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
- Apple and Google Play for payments, if purchases are offered.
We do not sell personal data.
Ads, consent and tracking
Wowdoku uses Google AdMob to show ads, including rewarded ads you choose to watch. AdMob may collect device and usage information, such as your advertising ID, IP address, device details and how you interact with ads, to deliver and measure ads, to prevent fraud and, where you have agreed, to personalise ads. Information is handled under Google’s advertising policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.
- EEA, UK and similar regions. Wowdoku uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to show a consent form where required. Ads are requested only as your choice allows.
- iPhone. Wowdoku asks for App Tracking Transparency permission. If you tap Ask App Not to Track, the IDFA is not used and ads are not personalised. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of ad personalisation, in your phone’s Settings → Google → Ads.
Because personalised ads can involve tracking across other companies’ apps and sites, the statement in the general Ario Apps policy that we do not use data for cross-app advertising tracking does not apply to Wowdoku’s ads; this page does.
Data retention
Progress and settings on your device stay until you uninstall the app or clear its storage. Analytics and support records on our servers are kept only as long as needed to run and improve the game and prevent abuse, and then deleted or reduced to counts. Ad data kept by Google follows Google’s own policies.
Security
Data sent from the app to our servers travels over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling Wowdoku or clearing its storage removes everything stored on your device. To ask us to delete analytics held on our servers, see Delete your Wowdoku data or email support@arioapps.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to withdraw consent for personalised ads, and to complain to your data-protection authority. Email support@arioapps.com to make a request.
Children
Wowdoku is a game for a general audience. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app.
