Delete your Wowdoku data

This page explains how to delete your data from Wowdoku — the Wowdoku puppy logic puzzle game app published on Google Play by the developer account Cricketexchange.live (package com.trine.wowdoku) and on the Apple App Store by Autosphere Tech Private Limited.

Does Wowdoku have an account?

No. Wowdoku does not require an account, a login, or a password, and it does not create one for you. There is therefore no account to delete — but you can erase all of your data at any time, from inside the app, in one step.

Delete your data in the app

Wowdoku keeps your game on your device. On Android, open Settings → Apps → Wowdoku → Storage & cache → Clear storage. On iPhone or iPad, delete Wowdoku from the Home Screen.

This deletes your puzzle progress, settings, coins and rewards, and the installation identifier.

Uninstalling Wowdoku also removes all of its on-device data.

What we hold on our servers

Our servers hold analytics events tied only to a random installation identifier, never to your name or email (see the Wowdoku privacy policy). To delete them, email support@arioapps.com with the subject “Wowdoku data deletion”, your device model and the approximate date you installed the app. We delete what we can match within 30 days. Ad data held by Google is managed at myadcenter.google.com.

Ask us to delete it instead

If you cannot use the in-app option — for example you have already uninstalled Wowdoku — email support@arioapps.com with the subject “Delete my Wowdoku data.” We permanently delete anything we hold within 30 days and confirm by reply. We keep no backups of it beyond that window.
