Haier TV remote app for Android and iPhone
Beam can connect to compatible Haier televisions through their Android TV or Google TV network service, with an additional standard Bluetooth HID route on capable Android phones.
What Beam can offer
- Network navigation and playback on compatible Android/Google TV models
- Keyboard and media keys through Bluetooth HID when both devices accept them
- Connection diagnostics and manual local-IP fallback
Setup
- 1Check the television's About screen for Android TV or Google TV, then try Beam's network discovery first.
- 2For network control, keep both devices on the same network and enter the pairing code shown by the TV.
- 3On Android only, use Bluetooth setup if Beam confirms that the phone exposes HID Device support, then pair it from the television's accessory settings.
Compatibility boundary
Haier uses different operating systems and remote technologies across models. Beam does not clone proprietary voice remotes; iPhone uses the supported network route and does not advertise Bluetooth HID control.
If setup does not complete
Open Connection Doctor for the selected route. Beam checks the local-network path, permission or hardware gate, pairing state, and saved endpoint, then gives a specific next step. A discovered name or open port is never treated as proof that commands work.
